Philippines Tourist Visa Requirements

  1. Individual  Passport with minimum validity for six months over and above the intended stay
  2. One Visa application form duly filled in and signed by the applicant only
  3. One recent Passport size photograph with white background affixed in the visa application form and signed across on front side
  4. Covering letter from the applicant. If the applicant is working , bonafied letter from the company is also required
  5. Invitation letter from the Philippines along with passport copy of the invitee

Hotel confirmation with payment details

  1. Foreign Exchange US 500 endorsed on the passport  or copy of International Credit Card and the original for verification , if needed
  2. Copy of last two years IT returns and six months bank statements
  3. 2 copies of return or onward journey confirmed ticket
  4. Copy of final Covid-19 vaccination certificate
  5. Travel insurance for Covid-19 treatment costs  from the reputable insurance providers with a minimum coverage of USD 35,000 for the duration of the stay in the Philippines

  6. Copy of invitation letter received from the Philippines.
  7. Copy of last 2 years IT returns and six months bank statements.
  8. Proof of residence.
  9. 2 Copies of return or onward journey confirmed ticket.

10)  Copy of final Covid -19 vaccination certificate.
11) Travel insurance for Covid -19 treatment costs form reputable insurance providers with a minimum coverage of USD 35,000.00 for the duration of the stay in the Philippines.
